@Cookunity I have been unable to utilize a $200 gift card for over one month now. I can not sign in using a cookunity account or Google account on your iOS app, and your website keeps kicking me out and has no webpage for assigning my gift card to my account.

Yikes. The @Delta service aboard @SkyWestAirlines has declined quite a bit. Rude cabin crew and dirty planes, and having your personal item moved to the back because you’re sitting in 1D to accommodate an oversized carryon for another passenger who refused to gate check. Yeesh

Just can’t do @alaskaair anymore. Paid for premium and everyone pre-boarded before me and no room for my overhead. Had to be checked. The guy sitting next to be in 6A said two customers in 29 took the row. So no space privileges, glacial boarding, and late bags both trip legs

@Zendesk @cailin_deas I have the same issue. You sell a service to provide customer service then refuse to engage with customers. You're the definition of a fraudulent third-party risk. You have nothing to offer companies or their customers. I lost $500 to one of your customers. #shameonyou

@neimanmarcus Wow. Your customer service is appalling for an esteemed luxury brand. I was sent the wrong merchandise and every agent is confused as to how or why I would want to return the wrong item, and confused as to why I would want my order received before Christmas.

@jetblue I've been disconnected 2x from your US 800#. My account was hacked and funds+miles used to book a fraudulent ticket. I'm unable to get anyone on the line or respond to DM's regarding this.
