I agree. But, I fear that these lawsuits will include false affidavits claiming irregularities that don't exist, tying up legitimate Dem wins. The biggest unprosecuted criminals were the MAGAs who signed false affidavits in connection with election challenges.

I don't see how trump lawyers can maintain the Special Master. Judge Dearie's case management order requires them to justify why they didn't file for the return of items with the Magistrate that issued the warrant, as the rules require. The only answer is Judge shopping.
