@AnaAguilarPAC I am so tired of revising a letter w/ bullet points, boldface, subheaders (timeline & symptoms)to try to make it easy for them. A few loved it & told me to keep doing it, but then others think it’s a sign of “anxiety.” I then counter by sending them links to research articles.
