The fly press has EASILY become my favorite chest builder.
You can do incline, neutral, decline.
Cables and dumbbells are generally my go to.

Hatfields literally saved my back. For those of you that don’t know, I broke a vertebrae in 2022. Discectomy and fusion. These were a great way to get back into squats with minimal back stress.
Not that anyone asked, but I’m blasting tf out of some gear rn and consuming 400+ g protein a day. 500-600 carbs. And it’s glorious.
And eating has to take place pretty much constantly. Lifts are absolutely EXPLODING.
This is 4 eggs with 8oz of shrimp
Protein, it’s about 70 grams of protein
Im going to eat it with a half cup of cottage cheese, that will be another 12+ grams of protein
So 80 grams in one meal
If I ate three meals like this daily, I’d consume 240 grams of protein a day
