This is 4 eggs with 8oz of shrimp Protein, it’s about 70 grams of protein Im going to eat it with a half cup of cottage cheese, that will be another 12+ grams of protein So 80 grams in one meal If I ate three meals like this daily, I’d consume 240 grams of protein a day

If you still can’t flare your lats, you are not fully connecting with your lats on back day = small lats Try this once a week: ✔️ One arm lat retractions ✔️ Assisted pulls with lat retraction before the actual pull (vary your grips from overhand to neutral to reverse)
