Today is the anniversary of my mother - Helen's - death. Most of my family/ancestors are Ukrainian Jews from Odessa & what are now parts of Poland. Refugees to America in late 19th cent. on until 'stopped'. I know my families worked hard also to help Jews flee Nazi Germany💔🕯️💗
