Happy birthday to Dadaist German performance artist, poet, and wife of celebrated Dadaist Hugo Ball, Emmy Hennings (January 17, 1885 – August 10, 1948)
Apologies for mass unfollowing people sometimes on different platforms. I can get pretty delusional & think everyone is secretly a robot, not real, and/or plotting to harm me. Re followed people, thanks for understanding.

I think many in the writing community have a misguided belief that if a poem isn’t published in a journal or book, it is somehow of less value or more amateur.
Listening to depressing music when I’m already deeply depressed makes me even more depressed, but is also more cathartic than if I were listening to uplifting music
