The problem is the guys who run these agencies that think they can turn these editors from third world countries into their slaves...
and keep 90% of business revenue to themselves.
Lack of transparency.
In the editing space I hear a lot of talk about agencies 🕴️
How much editors hate them, how they're only good for money 🤑
But honestly I think you can still make progress to your editing career with them 🤝
