Vite vs. Create React App
Vite: Rapid, native ES modules, instant dev server
Create React App: Robust, battle-tested, convention over config
Benefits of Vite: Speedy hot module replacement, no bundling delays, and ideal for modern Front-End workflows!
Which one do you use?
Thanks to everyone who connected and followed 🙏 Excited to be a part of this amazing community! I'm looking forward to learning from you all, and I hope to make meaningful contributions.
Hey everyone!
I have been working on Beautyness, a beauty & body care website, for months. I've used
#ReactJS
,
#TailwindCSS
, &
#Vite
.
Here is the website:
And here is the GitHub repo:
I would appreciate any feedback!
Dived into Tailwind CSS conditions today! Check out this snippet: if the status is "Completed," the element gets a green background and text; if "Failed," it's red.

Working on my project, and it was going pretty well, but then I came across a bug that was driving me nuts 😂 but guess what? Just fixed it, feeling a mix of relief and victory!
I forked a project and created a repository in my Github account, but the problem is that when I commit or push sth, it doesn't show on the contributions board on my profile
Does anyone know what the problem is?
Tailwindcss makes it easy to implement dark mode by providing built-in support for dark mode variants.
First, open the tailwind.config.js file and ensure that the darkMode property is set to 'class'.
Now, you can use the dark mode classes directly in your code.
The Leetcode solutions are mostly vague with no proper explanation.
Today I tried using ChatGPT.
It explained the problem, the solution and the code so I've been learning better.
I joined Twitter to learn from senior devs and connect with devs but got distracted by "let's connect" tweets :))
Now, I'm back to learning and connecting with awesome people here. Quality over quantity!
After using Copilot for a few days, I have to say it's like having a coding partner by my side! The autocomplete suggestions are accurate, saving time and enhancing productivity.
Have you tried Copilot? What's your experience, and do you have any tips to share?
Hi everyone! 👋🏻
I was searching for a new project idea on youtube, and I came across this page, and I think the content he created is great.
Check it out!
Before chatgpt and all the AI tools, I used youtube for every question I had. It was comforting to know that there is someone else going through the same thing you are and it taught me a lot of different things in many different areas of programming, cooking, psychology, etc
I have been learning Firebase over the past few days, and I have learned how to add sign-in data to Firebase and manage uploads to Firebase Storage using React. Excited about the progress! What projects are you currently working on?
Although I am familiar with TypeScript, I decided to start
@thenetninjauk
's Typescript course for a deeper understanding of it
I learned React from him years ago, and he was the best!
Just found the "prettier-plugin-tailwindcss" VSCode extension which is designed to enhance the formatting and styling of Tailwind code within your projects.
If you also have the prettier extension, you have to add a .prettierrc file and add this plugin to it.
I just updated my Samsung phone to One UI 6.0, and I love the new UI. The new font is wider and better to read, and the quick setting dropdown menu makes it easier to use
Are you a fan of ios or Android?
How do you guys remember the important parts of a book you're reading?
I take notes but wanted to know if there was a better way (I'm reading an Ebook)

Hey everyone,
I moved to Ontario, Canada, last week, which is why I haven't been active on Twitter/X.
It's been a whirlwind, but I'm excited to get back to sharing tips, tricks, and insights on front-end development with you all.
I just discovered the Error Lens extension for VSCode.
Errors can be detected more easily by displaying them inline within your code like in the image below:
Here's the link:
I'm thrilled to share that I'm currently taking 'The Last Algorithms Course You'll Need' on Frontend Masters by
@ThePrimeagen
It's really engaging and informative!
I hope it IS the last algorithm course I'll ever need!
I deployed one of my projects on github pages and it went fine but when I load the website it shows 404 Not found error
Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?
I was reading reviews of a movie on Chrome on my phone, and then I saw that even Chrome isn't responsive! but I should make my little website responsive for, like, iPhone5 and Galaxy Z flip 😫
Hey everyone,
I need some advice!
I'm trying to decide whether to learn GraphQL, deepen my backend skills with tools like Node.js, or focus on design and UI/UX.
What do you think would be most beneficial for a frontend developer trying to land a job?

I forked a project and created a repository in my Github account, but the problem is that when I commit or push sth, it doesn't show on the contributions board on my profile
Does anyone know what the problem is?
I listened to your comments, deactivated my Instagram account, logged out of the other X account used for reading news and fun tweets, and deleted other distractions from my phone.
Let's see what happens!
Whether you're a self-taught developer or you have a degree, there's always sth new to learn, so as long as you keep learning, it doesn't matter how you started.
