I started a consulting gig Dec. 30th & Jan 12th, I was advised that due to a supply chain issue & needing to replace the HVAC, they can no longer afford to pay me. I took care of nearly everything. Now, I'm negative and could use some help.

Some people will look at the way this lady spoke to a grown woman and not see a problem with statements like "paper = bad" to an adult. Please, don't be one of those people. This is a classic example of microaggressions that POC experience often.

The lady said her boss promoted 4 men and told her that she was to fill in as a sole 115lb Black woman to accomplish all they work those 4 men did as a team. "Do the job or lose your job" and when she got sick and passed out, they sent her to med bay & said back to work.

She went out on medical leave due to mental health issues caused by the work environment and HR refused to pay her and said that she was under investigation for allegedly threatening someone. THIS SHIT IS SHADY!!!.
