take lots of photos<33 at a higher sw, you can see the diffs early!! i wish i took more, but like mandatory 1x/2weeks will fs show ur progress when ur consistent. make sure to drink lots of water and protein, do ur stretches and exercise!! i have lots of lose skin i can nvr fix:/

if it helps, im about to hit my 2 year mark of losing my first 100lbs, and the stretchmarks that were once purple/red all over, are almost completely faded and the loose skin is starting to tighten up again🫶 it WILL happen, just not overnight
