I'm 17
I've worked with my dream clients at such a young age
But I still;
☆ Watch KDramas
☆ Sketch anime characters
☆ Eat a hell lot of pasta
Dream big, enjoy the little things!
Premier pro or Davinci?
After 6 months with Davinci, I recently switched to Premier
I can confirm Premier is way better If you wanna get better at editing
Combined with AE, it provides better motion graphics
Also it has a lot better plugins
Which software do you prefer?
🗣️ "Clients leave me after 2 videos"
Yup! Because you're not reliable
To retain clients for long term, do this:
- Submit work on time
- Build relationships with them
- Improve with each video
- Be accountable
- Don't let them ask for an update, try to give an update yourself
This was my first edit
Yup! A freakin car
Totally unrelated to the videos I edit now but it taught me
- Color grading
- Matching on beats
- Selection of best shots ( it was a 10 min vid cut to 26 sec)
Learn lessons from everything
what was your first edit?
Never get too comfortable with your skills
Continually 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀!
- I started with Davinci
- Then learned Premier Pro in December
- Just started learning After Effects
Just for the sake of making my work look as good as possible
2 videos on Instagram
And I already got an inbound lead
I don’t know who needs to hear this
But
𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺
Build on multiple platforms to monetize your skills
I've helped clients' videos reach 10M+ views
That's why I'm taking on a 30-video challenge
Each day, I'll transform a video to:
a) keep viewers engaged
b) Match it with business aesthetic
c) Consistent branding

How did you get your first client?
I'll go first
Got him through email outreach and did 2 free (5 min) videos for him 💀
After that, we only worked on 2 videos
Clients who want to grow with you instead of expecting you to be perfect from day 1>>>
If you have a client like that, trust me, you are extremely blessed
Editing is a skill that can only be improved through practice
You can't improve by merely watching tutorials
You must begin putting those tutorials into practice
Your first video will be awful, but you'll improve with each passing day
290 → 2k+ followers in a week
I’ve helped a lot of accounts grow on Instagram with my short-form content strategy
This time decided to put work in my own account
Here’s how I did it:🧵
At 11 years old, I started my first side hustle
A YouTube channel.
Ran it for 3 years straight
But when it finally got monetized
I had to leave it to focus on my studies
Do I regret it?
No!
Because those 3 years taught me:
➼ How to edit videos (now my job! I get paid
🗣️: "No one wants to work with me"
There are over 8 billion people in this world
Out of those, over 5 billion people use the Internet
And you think you won't get your dream client?
Drop that abundance mindset
You're making a huge mistake by not reflecting back
You need to get 1% better with every video you edit
Feel the cringe and revise your mistakes
Or else, you're just stagnating your growth
People don't care about the editing
They care about the results you bring them
Don't get caught up in perfecting the edit,
focus on delivering the outcomes that matter
If you are a 6-Fig business looking to create content without lifting a finger

I grew my Personal Brand to over 8.5k in 3 weeks
Here's how your business can do it too:
1) Identify your unique strengths and skills

3) Be authentic
4) Focus on providing value, not just self-promotion
5) Be patient and
Video content outperforms picture content on all platforms:
- Facebook: 59% more engagement on videos vs images
- Instagram: 38% more engagement on videos vs images
- Twitter: 10x more engagement on videos vs images
- LinkedIn: 75% more clicks on videos vs images
It indeed is
Followers ≠ money
Recently had a conversation with a 500k+ followers guy
Despite having a large following, he's barely making any money
I know people with 1k followers make 10x more than those with 10k followers
So before you see someone having a large following, don't
Making video content is not as hard as you think
You don't need to reinvent the wheel
You just need to
☆ Steal (like an artist please)
☆ Add your own creativity
☆ Keep trying until it works
Easy peasy
People often misunderstand less editing
It's not about posting a video that's unedited and messy
I get it, we all hate those adhd edits
Less editing means;
•Telling your story
•Sharing your message
•Helping your viewers
So, Less editing, more storytelling. Focus on what
My first sales call was terrible
I was anxious and stuttering the whole time
One thing that helped me overcome this was
Hopping onto as many calls as I can
If you're scared of these Zoom meetings too, then
Make friends here and hop on calls with them
This will allow you to
Short-form retention hack:
Split a longer video into shorter clips. Share each clip as a separate short, building on the previous one
Each short should:
- Set up a question or problem
- Provide a hint or clue
- Build suspense and anticipation
The last short
Getting inbound leads and closing them are two different things
The next time you see someone flexing their inbound leads,
Before feeling bad, ask how many they've closed
2 dumb editing mistakes I made in the beginning
Keep in mind I used to use Davinci Resolve’s free version
- Manual Subtitles
Yes, you read it correctly 😀 I wrote subtitles MANUALLY for 2 months because auto subtitles were in the paid version
Then I discovered that you
Short-form videos can bring you tons of leads with less than 1000 followers
Here's how :
- Know who your ideal clients are
- Make videos targeting their pain points
- Include CTAs in each video (promoting your offer)
- Boost conversions with lead magnets
If you're a Coach,
Thousands of people buy Iman Gadzhi's $1k+ courses
Would they ever buy that from a stranger?
Absolutely not!!
Why?
Because people know and trust Iman
They've seen him building
That's why you need to create videos, provide value, and build your personal brand
"How can people read a 300-page book in just a week?"
That's what I always wondered
I thought it was impossible... until I picked up a fiction book that caught my eye
The next thing I knew, I was turning the last page just 2 days later!
A 300-page book done and dusted in
Generated over 3M views for a client
But what's even better?
The leads he generated through these videos
If you're a creator/business owner wanting to grow your personal brand and get more leads
DMs are open
You think you're just posting videos
In reality, you're:
* Building authority
* Standing out from competitors
* Developing brand voice
* Attracting leads/customers
* Growing your network
Short-form content can be powerful if you use it well!
You have 10 seconds...
10 seconds to hook your audience to your short-form videos
Engage the audience either by scripting or editing
And If you combine both, then we both know what will happen
Instagram is now more than just a social network platform
With the help of short-form content,
You can use it to:
• Grow your business
• Build your personal brand
• Promote your services
• Generate leads
Imagine missing this opportunity
Creating video content should be simple—not complex
Here's what I thought I needed:
• A fancy Setup
• High-End Equipment
• Constant Promotion
• A complex social media strategy
Here's how to create a video that converts
- Work on the hook
- Add a strong CTA
- Don’t use flashy effects every second
- Stop copying Iman Gadzhi (very imp)
- Develop a unique editing style
That’s how I've generated thousands of views for me and my clients
Here's how to create YOUR OWN STYLE
☆ Choose colors that fit your brand ()
☆ Pick fonts that match your style ()
☆ Use music that matches your vibe (Viral Instagram reels)
☆ Stick to one style, but keep making it better!

To make your videos sell, remember these 3 things:
1. Who's your audience? (Who are you talking to?)
2. What's in it for them? (Why should they watch and care?)
3. What's the next step? (What action do you want them to take?)
Know these 3 things, and you'll be amazed at how
97% of business owners posting Video Content are doing it WRONG
They're missing the mark by:
• Not targeting their dream audience
• Not having a clear plan or strategy
• Failing to create urgency and drive action
• Incomplete scripts/outlines, poor CTAs.
Fix your video
Documenting your journey as short-form reels sound like a fun idea to me
Because life is not always rainbows and butterflies
I think that can help with discipline and time management as well because you'll be holding yourself accountable infront of many
What do you think?
If you just started your personal brand
You won't get clients right away
You need to:
- Show your work
- Outreach
- Offer free sample edits
- Provide value
Do this and you'll definitely land your first client
When you have an abundance mindset, you won't have to worry about anything
Got fired? You'll land another job
Failed a test? You'll ace the next one
Got Rejected? At least you tried
It is all in the mind, you are what you think
Angles & Editing:
Different angles keep curiosity high.
Use close-ups, wide shots, and reaction shots.
Good editing by

Add captions and effects to make it engaging.
You might be doing this one thing wrong with your personal brand
i.e. Branding
If you’re growing your personal brand as an entrepreneur, you need branding that matches with your business
This helps you leave a lasting impression on your ideal customers
They can recognize
The attention span of people nowadays is limited
So, inorder to keep them hooked to your videos
You have to keep changing the visuals on the screen every 3-4 seconds

I have stopped questioning If things don't work out for me anymore
Because If something's not working out for me
It's clearly not for me
