@CabvisionTaxi Agree What you highlight are facts symptoms of a fundamental issue. The by product of unfair competition created by an acknowledged blurring within 2 tier TPH - in other words cause and effect How can you protect what is undefined? Why invest when you cant protect?

@TM1654 P4H relies on two factors exhibition of availability in real time If this IS the differential between HC and PH? One has to ask when did those factors become accepted as part of the PH modus operandi? What is the driver and/or operator doing on apps? Why issue 👇

@ChairRMTLdnTaxi All possible with todays technology eg MS Teams the host just pushes a button Why would anyone not agree? More to the point why hasn't the HC trade insisted on this fundamental in the interests of transparency with a full and accurate transcript of said meetings?

@ChairRMTLdnTaxi Watch this space However the London Pedicab Act 2024 s5 excludes Pedicabs from any PHV legislation and reads similar to London HC legislation with reference to P4H! Some years back the PCO produced specific draft CoF for them 🤷♂️

@craighennessy27 The whole hiring process of HC & PH is not codified in law However London HC does have circa 400 years of working precedent and legitimate practice when licensed to P4H The term prebook does not exist in statute as Kolvin KC pointed out in Reading v Ali
