I ordered food on Chowdeck and the rider delivered something else and I called to notify him maybe he had delivered someone else’s order to me without knowing.
He replied and after confirming I was right he said I should hold on that he was going to fix it.

Honestly, I have never seen this kind of customer care anywhere else,
It wasn’t his fault, but he just took responsibility to fix the situation with so much apology
