This is one of the happiest moments I had ever!!! I can not express in words what means to me to see @Bowmaniacs_Lab become chair of Developmental Molecular Biology Department @EinsteinMed . We were blessed with Richard Stanley's stellar leadership, extraordinary mentorship and kindness, and I cannot think of a better person to take over this role and help our department to thrive and grow. As a female scientists Teresa Bowman is simply an inspiration for all of us that daily struggle to stay in academia and keep the focus on better days were #genderequity will be a reality...
