This is the frontend prototype is which helped me close 6 Plus brands and 1 Plus agency in 3 weeks - without having a functional app.
When the problem you solve is painful enough, users don't care about the UI / UX.

So what happens if we ship a customer accounts feature on our prod app? Will existing users just not have access to it? Or it'll break the whole app functionality?

It's great to see that this got resolved.
But I feel things could have been handled better.
Don't get me wrong - I love Shopify. If I didn't, there's no way I would still be in this ecosystem for 7 years and counting.
The app store has generally trended towards getting better
Shopify found nothing wrong with TinyIMG and re-listed. I stressed out the importance to the governance team to give at least 24 hours to respond before delisting especially when there is no evidence of wrongdoing.
Hopefully they take our advice and this does not happen again!
