@FezaRemziMD 🇨🇦 here.... we use select 23hr discharge with support from "virtual care/remote monitoring" described by this trial we participated in: Agree that there needs to be support and a convenient way for patients to be assessed. 🇨🇦 struggles with both.

Many important considerations from the surgeons perspective. What is missing is the patients' preferences! We have a substantial deficit of evidence supporting these pracyice changes. What do they want? Perhaps the evidence exists?
