Do we need an RCT at this point?

@bolshinskyv @nlavellaneda Excellent approach, personal preference is selective SFR, by assessing its need at the very beginning, if deemed necessary proceed immediately. In several instances a clearly redundant bowel is obvious, 🤖 cases I commonly take it lap before docking.
