Today is my first day
@stripe
as a design engineer 🎉.
I'll be working with the amazing people building Stripe's web presence. I've always been a big fan of Stripe's marketing websites and I'm pumped to be part of the team.
I recently started learning about the logic behind Bézier curves and decided to document it. I shared my first drafts with
@joaccord
and we collab’d on design and interactions of this article.

I’ll be speaking on the creative and technical process behind some of my personal projects at the
@awwwards
Digital Thinkers Conference in Amsterdam next week.
Always remember that the HTML5 <video> has a poster attribute that accepts the url to an image that would be rendered while your video loads and until the video is played.
Always comes in handy 👌🏽
Google Pay and Wise – the beginning of a beautiful friendship 👫
Our ⚡️-fast, low-cost transfers are now live right inside the

app for anyone in the US sending money to GPay users in India and Singapore.

Incase you have been struggling like I used to with that glitch you get when using javascript to set sticky positioning, using only css position: sticky will achieve this with the best performance.
I took the concept from
@gilhuybrecht
entry in the
#spacedChallenge
and implemented it using Three Js and React JS.

The loop is handled by removing and adding items to both ends simultaneously. I used CSS nth-child to style the visible items, so they’d automatically transition into their position and width as the list updates. The list updates are handled by transition end events.
I just cooked up this underwater experiment as my first attempt working with shaders and I'm loving it 😍 🔥

I've been designing a video transmission interface for a video log type thing, inspired by sci-fi movies. Might starting posting an account of self-isolation with the fam.
I was at the venue of one of the
#EndSARS
protests today. The safety of everyone involved in peaceful protests across Lagos is important and communicating with the CP, this is what we want to guarantee on all sides.
Tomorrow, I will be meeting with HE Pres.
@MBuhari
in Abuja.

Experimenting on a smooth scrolling experience that doesn't rely on a virtual scroll to generate distances and deltas.
This uses the browser's natives scroll and the animation is based on a parent's bounding top value.
A trick that saves time & lines of code with responsiveness is to use media queries to declare CSS variables 😉. This can be useful for global font-size, max-width or margin that changes across screens.
Hi everyone, glad to finally announce the release of
@TheDevCards
I worked on with my friends.
It's a set of Playing Cards meant to help beginners and enthusiasts understand the underlying concepts of Computer Science.

Saudi’s risky high line was the perfect way to play the game. If things went south, so what? The expectation was already for them to lose. Good game 👏🏽
@InVisionApp
inspect is 💯 the best tool for animations hand-off. You can literally read through the mind of the designer who created the animations thereby giving you the best approach to implementing them.
Ever wonder how shaders work?
- Take a box (preferably blue)
- Put a bunch of data in it
- Send it to the vertex machine
- Send it to the fragment machine
- Take a photo
- Enjoy

I love this ❤️❤️!
I started similarly and built my first php practice project from a blackberry 😅.

This was me 4 years ago. No phone, no laptop, with the passion to code!
I'd borrow my uncle's phone to copy content from W3Schools, learn, & practice when I got hold of a computer. 😅
Still don't own a computer, but I got a job as Front-end Developer late last year.
