Sincere sympathies to the family of Theo English on his passing on behalf of the Eire Og Annacarty GAA club. Theo trained Eire Og Annacarty in 1977, bringing West and County Number 1 Junior Hurling titles back to the club. RIP.
It was with deep sadness that we learned this morning of the passing of former Marlfield and Tipperary great Theo English. Tipperary GAA extends our sincere sympathies to Theo’s wife Maureen and his family at this very sad time. May he Rest In Peace .

His many honours include winning a County u21 A championship (joined with Cappawhite). That team backboned a period of shared dominance for both clubs in West Tipperary with Liam winning 2 west Senior medals in 1981 and 1986 for Eire Og. May he rest in peace.
