@OfficialChrisDS Very strict. Needs to be there for SIM card and IP address reasons. Social media platforms push content to where the SIM and IP is based. This is where target market is.

As you scale up, one of the most difficult things to navigate is knowing what to delegate, and when to delegate it. Delegate the wrong thing to the wrong person, and you are toast. Fail to delegate, and you can't grow.

The the best sales person I've ever seen, bar noneπŸ‘‡ The standard Dev holds our entire sales team too isn't even comparable to anything else I've ever seen. When you combine top talent + top work ethic + top 0.01% standards in everything, results follow. Just getting started πŸš€

I’ve worked with HUNDREDS of business owners in some capacity. Consulting, managing sales, selling for them, placing reps etc The ONLY person I can say that elevated my game was @ecomwithbrook Also the only person I worked with that makes moves and efforts to put money in my pocket. Mutually I go above and beyond back. This time last year our sales team did $250,000 cash collected in December. This month we did $1.7M+ and it was a slow month in comparison to November with half the team taking time away (rightfully so). In 2025 we’re going to smoke everyone in ways beyond comprehension. We will do $5M a month before EOY in 2025. All with cold traffic. I never said I’ll do something and not done it ever. Stamped. Will bookmark so I can RT this time next year with proof πŸ†

@shaqconquers there isn't much difference. But there's a lot of difference from $50K/mo to $1M a month, and even more from $1M/month to 5-$10M/month.

The fastest shortcut in business is always paying for information - bar none. To this day, the "huge" breakthroughs always come from paying someone ahead of me to tell me what to do next. As you advance, it gets harder and harder to find the "right" information, but point remains.
