Majority of sales reps underperform and get fired. This is the reason finding new jobs / offers is so prominent. There is loads of reasons for it but for the most part it’s related to the demo being too complex , or the sales reps pitch it the same every single. The best demos are structured from opening, pitch and close however interchange specifically to person on the receiving end. What I’m trying to say is the way you’d sell a bottle of water to someone going on a walk and someone running in the desert in the scorching sun would be completely different. The same applies to any sales call. You sell the same product / service, the deliverables remain the same but the use case is unique to the receiver. Once you master this it’s the only way you can truly call yourself a sales rep.
