How I handle "Call me in X months" objection (with 2 easy questions) I never just say, "Okay, Iβll call you then." Because letβs be real - if they really had a burning need, they wouldnβt push me off for half a year. Hereβs what I say instead: "Totally get that. Just so I donβt call you in X months with the same questions, whatβs going to change between now and then?" This does two things: 1. Forces them to think. 2. Gives me insight into their real objection. If they still insist, I follow up with: "Fair enough! But letβs be honest - most people forget these calls even happened. Why donβt we book 15 min next week to see if itβs even worth following up in 6 months?" This keeps the convo going and prevents me from being just another forgotten follow-up in their inbox. Try it. It works. How do you handle this objection?

Cold calling is hard, and itβs low-yield. You will make many calls that lead to few desired outcomes (ex. meetings). This is the harsh reality, and it is what discourages most sellers. However, I read that besides relationships, outbound sales produce most revenue. This is cold calling. Cold calling, in my opinion, still is the most effective way to get direct access to your ideal customer. Much more effective than cold email. Iβm learning that cold calling is changing from a volume game to a skills game. Here are a few basic concepts that have served me well. -Learn a basic script and practice delivering it with confidence. -Learn how to handle the most common objections in your space. -Learn to ask questions, talk less, and listen more. -Learn the basics of tonality. The phrase βitβs not what you say, itβs how you say itβ is often true. Booking meetings is not the only metric of successful outbound. Getting to a βnoβ or gathering insight is still a win.
