If I was starting from ZERO and wanted a 6-figure home service company in 30-90 days, here's what I would do: 🧵 1. Leave all of the Facebook groups Yep, if I were starting from zero, I'd get TF out of the "Pressure Washing Business Owners" and "Power Washing 101" groups.

My long-term equity plan for the business is Google reviews. Facebook ads and door knocking are great, but it's still outbound that doesn't add much to enterprise value. But 1,000+ Google reviews and a bulletproof brand online? That will continue to pay dividends.

I’m bullish on home services. Your plumber relies on word of mouth and radio ads. Your roofer is booked out for the next 3 months and doesn’t have the skill set to expand. Your landscaper doesn’t pick up the phone. The industry is ripe for the taking.

Same with soft washing. 1-3 jobs/day. Maybe one technician/helper or you can just do everything yourself. You’ll profit at least $20k/month and life is relatively simple and stress free. Scaling past $40-50k/month is where the responsibility and stress exponentially increase.

Someone called just now wanting to get on the schedule for Saturday. Answering service took down his info. I was just hanging with the lady so decided to call him back. Booked for $600 at 10:17pm🤣
