Raptor is 29 years old today! Raptor was released on April 1st 1994. Now Raptor is getting a makeover in a new version called Raptor REMIXED!

Setup a computer at my mom's house to help her w/ her medical issues a few days a week. As many know, I've been working on a huge remaster for Raptor, and now I'm working in my old bedroom where I started the original Raptor. It's crazy how things like this work out.

can test the 3d models to get idea what it will look like in final Raptor game which is a custom engine. My engine can have 1000's of real time lights that affect volumetric fog and its fast.

After I made Galactix(1992) Westwood Studios called me to try to hire me. They offered really low pay and I asked if I would have input to the games I would work on. They said "programmers are not generally creative"

After Raptor me and Matt(guy who did Raptor music). Started on Mantra an RPG with a software 3d engine I made. Long story short EA bought the company we where in talks with for funding and destroyed them which killed Mantra. It had at least 2 years of work left.

Ported DemonStar v5.0 to SDL 2 in 6 days and project also runs DemonStar SM1 and SM2. Will get all 3 on Steam and GOG to help promote and fund Raptor REMIXED!
Works with Game Controllers now! Just a few things left to do like looping sounds and basic options.

In early 90's ID software flew us down to Texas. John Romero drove us around in his Yellow Truck. The back seat bench was not bolted down so he kept pressing on the brakes and flooring the gas which made me fall forward then backwards. He was laughing like Satan lol.
