I am most certainly not a Democrat, but, I lived in Baltimore. I rode the city busses and listened to the conversations. Ditto Detroit. Ditto Chicago, and several poor neighborhoods in smaller cities. IMO, the problem in black communities is a vulnerability to bad culture. The
