Dear @RandPaul, the Constitution gives @POTUS the Authority to Protect the American public when Congress FAILS to do so! I usually support you & I have spent years in Ky., but on this you need to support the President instead of Libertarian policy! #PatriotsAwakened.
Congress needs to fund border security no question but no president should go around Congress. I will continue to support the Constitution and I hope you will support me in that battle.
