Unfortunately, psychological-based help is not equipped to solve his deep-seated issues. If it could have, it would have already. Severe and persistent mental illness is about neuroimmune dysregulation. What he needs is intensive treatment for mast cell activation syndrome, a common immune disorder that makes you mildly allergic to everything. You basically have to live in a clean room for a few years to recover

The irony of the use of the word allergic here is that the reason that people are very smart and talented and the reason they don't do well in hierarchies are literally that their immune systems are overactive. They are literally allergic to everything. Histamine makes you smart and combative

The body makes you pursue goals or avoid certain things without actual intelligence by triggering your immune system. It changes your priorities and perception
