I once had an American reader contact me to complain about the British spellings and grammar.
I explained it was set in England, with an English character and written by a British author . She said she wouldn’t read any more of my work 🙈🤷🏻♀️ ahh well!

As I’ve aged, my taste in men has evolved. Currently lusting after men like these. I prefer older, not younger.

The last few days have been pretty upsetting for a blue tick person.

My wife and I removed the labels from all our canned foods. I created a secret code for all of them, so when she needs canned peaches for example, she can come ask me which one it is. This exercise has caused her trust and dependence on me to grow, by leaps and bounds 🙏🏻

It’s such a different experience for people - I’m on my third and none of the insertions or removals have hurt. But I’ve witnessed my friend crying on the floor in agony after hers. They shouldn’t generalise, why wouldn’t pain control be offered?! It’s not the dark ages

So the bookbub went out 24 hours ago and these are the results.
This is a lot of sales for me, so I’m super happy about that. It’s nowhere near breaking even on what the bookbub cost though.
