@Ryanair there is another account using the @Ryanair488 that I am pretty sure is trying to take advantage of your customers who are struggling with your customer service & trying to scam them into downloading an app to "receive" compensation.

@Ryanair you really don’t care about your customers especially #women on their own. I was stranded alone at Palma airport at midnight & your staff told me ti find my own hotel - you are now refusing to pay cost of said hotel and my taxi to get there in the middle of the night.

@Ryanair I’m going round in circles - you say my refunded flight is in my wallet but there is nothing there & now the website doesn’t even recognise the ref & links in your own emails to me lead me to pages I can’t access - what an utter shambles
