@JamesWi886 @MidwestGolfJake Maybe for the amateur game, but not pro golf. Like you mentioned, other sports have reigned in the equipment for the pros, nothing stopping golf doing it

@JamesWi886 @MidwestGolfJake But we’ve taken skill out of other areas of the game too, 460cc driver heads, oversized irons. I’ve yet to see a player on tour with a longer putter dominate. I’m all for making the game harder at the elite level, but to force rules onto ams, I’m not

This is all part of a worrying trend in the U.K., for anything to do with golf becoming, slowly, unnecessarily expensive

@LouStagner It’s no wonder since moving to the WHS that most golfers outside of the US dislike the system. We had a much fairer system that was less open to abuse and gave a much fairer reflection on players ability in competitive play

Continued silence from you both on this, most people are assuming it’s because of the heat for your attitude during the fitting, but I’m beginning to think Titleist asked you to take it down because it wasn’t a glowing response to their new product

@AllyMack93 And the current squad overachieved, so thinking a new manager is going to elevate us is deluded. After we beat Spain and Norway, teams worked us out, and no new players have risen to international level to improve the side. So be careful what you wish for
