In some cases they “are the law” because so many “laws” are ridiculous that we give these officers the ability to use THEIR OWN DISCRETION when in fact that should not happen. This is the reason why they go too far. Their personal beliefs need to be checked at the door....Period!

🤣🤣🤣 that budget doesn’t even come close to how much it cost to live, especially in Irvine. A 6 yo is gonna need new clothes at least 2 times a year, school supplies, and whats the point of living if you can NEVER EVER have fun in life! They will have NEVER gone to the movies

They must be in a 1 bedroom and long term tenants and not do anything really but stay home. I live in fresno, ca ( drastically cheaper than san jose) with 3 kids and it feels impossible

I feel like this is because of all the content and the “i want it all right now” attitudes our minds are starting to atrophy so most people are unable to pay attention for longer periods of time. If it’s good content i love listening longer!

I have a 70 minute auto delete rule. Stats show you lose listeners and have trouble acquiring new listeners over 45 minutes. Obviously there are exceptions.

SOOO many great thinkers and leaders never went to school at all. Just read and studied. Now we must give thousands and thousands of dollars to corporations to just get “qualified” to take a test thats says if you are qualified enough to try to get a job.

I think the most interesting part is that 10k is not going to really do anything to address the biggest problems associated with the student loan fiascos we are facing today. Besides the out of control debts the predatory lending practices and uncontrollable college costs.

Ya some people will value their time at a crazy $ so they can justify the cost v benefit for items they can have shipped to them directly instead of actually going to a brick and mortar location and shopping for themselves. Thus, the wonderful world of flipping was born.
