@ramgopal_rao As an Australian working in India, to a certain extent I support the decision on international visa. The quality of our students particular for research and masters program is not up to the mark. There's plenty of room to improve our undergraduate and postgrad courses.

I have seen ywo systems one in Australia where there's no attendance and other in india where attendance is mandatory. As humans, we play with the system in both cases! We complain in both scenarios!
