Yeh it was really terrible between the years of 1997 - 2010 when services actually worked, you didn't need to wait a week for a doctors appointment and our water wasn't full of shite 🙄

Our generation aren't lazy, the rewards of working have been stripped away. You used to be able to buy a house, have a nice holiday once or twice a year, a decent car, now you're literally working to barely survive, it's no wonder a lot of people are thinking it's pointless

Not all of those 22% are claiming benefits though. They include people in full time education, early retirees, full time carers, people living off savings/dividends etc. Where does the £100 billion figure come from?
