@TheECGMedic Also, intermittent pre-excitation with memory TWI could be considered. If TTE is normal, ergometry and Holter monitoring.

@TheECGMedic ST depression + negative T waves in the inferior leads + T waves anomaly to V5, I’d go for cardiac ultrasound, explore family history, if normal maybe stress echo for aortic gradient.

@ecgandrhythmRoe 50mm/s is so confusing to me, however I'd measure QT interval accurately on paper.

@ecgandrhythmRoe 1. sports eligiblity only if very high athletic level, symptoms-free, normal chronotropy at ECG stress test; 2. HR before pause is ca.80bpm; 3. beat after pause shows normal AV conduction. Sinus arrest during REM sleep?

@RABchat Hi, I signed up for today’s MSK webinar, unfortunately it would start at 3am in my time zone (Sardegna, Italy), is there a way to record it or have a link to a registration in the next days? Thank you for your help

@ABCDEcografia hard to tell from just one view, a fairly developed Chiari’s net? Color Dopper and subcostal would help

@Adamnoon2024 Need a longer strip, could it be sinoatrial block 2° degree Mobitz 1? Look at the T wave in beats 3-6-9 in the long strip, and V5-V6.

@echo_batman Also, I see an asymmetry in the closing of the aortic valve in PLAX, of course the image is MV-focused but still... bicuspid?

@echo_batman Competitive sports eligibility in Italy at this point would require a 24h Holter monitoring (possibly 12-lead) also including her typical running session. Not perfect, still more than a stress test in the lab.
