@ravbillan Both runner and a dog owner. Agree dogs with poor recall need to stay on leashes. That said even leashed dogs can get spooked by runners. I usually make sure my Rudi is on other side of me when a runner passes & if Iβm the runner I slow down & keep arms down. #bestforboth
