Toughest 2 wks. Ever. My daughter was on a residential trip to🇫🇷 & I got “that call” that we fear the most. “Your child has been hit by a car”. I rushed out to🇫🇷 No idea how she is still alive tbh🤯 Back home now. She’s recovering well. Beyond grateful🙏🏽♥️xx

I sat next to a girl on the train who was having a tearful phone convo. When she put the phone down,she cried even more. I don’t know her. I’ll never see her again.I gave her a tissue & a hug. She hugged me back & said thanks. It didn’t cost anything to be nice. Be kind. Always♥️

I was on the tube today & noticed the lady opposite me silently crying. So I did something I don’t often do, I reached out & asked if she was ok. We had a 5 min chat that ended with her saying thank you & a hug. Sometimes all we need is an ear to listen to us. Be kind. Always ♥️

I♥️this pic. But, I got called fat by a chap. 0% of me cares. I’ve put on 8kgs through stress in the last 2 months. But I’m proud of my body. Almost lost my daughter. Almost lost myself. Still ran a sub 5 marathon last week. I will get lean again. He’s stuck with that attitude🖕🏽

I decided to mark my 3 year Runstreak anniversary & day 1,100 in a different way. I set myself a challenge of running 100 miles in 7 days. It seemed impossible. It was SO hard! But my little legs did it! Yay! FYI 100 miles is a v. long way!😂🤦🏽♀️
