Jon Snow was created as a bastard, his suffering and insecurities are due to his status as a boy born out of wedlock, that's Jon Snow's main characteristic. He's not going to become the heir of anything bc of who is parents are, grrm didn't create him for that purpose

Sansa loved Joffrey, Lyanna was scornful of Robert, it's not a Sansa-Lyanna parallel, it's a Arya-Lyanna Parallel + Sansa-Arya foil.
Sansa has absolutly no connection to the Winter Rose Tale, Baelish is not a Bael character, he's the opposite of one actually.

Remember, if Robert's rebellion happened it was for something, the Targaryen broke the feudal contract and for that half of Westeros didn't want Rhaegar or Aerys as their King.
