A trend we are watching. The implications for training, staff allocation, and resource development are fascinating. The nature of our work is definitely changing.

@Neil_J_Smart @SeanLangenfeld @JahangirAsgha10 I know that it’s a bit of a straw man argument. And that decisions are more important than incisions. But tying knots well, good traction and counter traction, identifying planes etc., are skills that do not come easily.
