Just spoken with Test and Trace. “Due to us being so busy, we’re not doing contact tracing anymore, but asking you to tell anyone you think who should get tested, to do so”
A pencil drawing I did for a friends birthday. It’s of his late dog, a lurcher called Jake. I can show this now as he actually has (the very late) birthday gift!

So. All those dodgy VIP purchases the Tories made in 2020/2021. They were added as a spend on the NHS budget, to make it look like they were spending more money on our National Health Service
Okay, you lot.
@bylinetimes
broke the Dan Wootton news. They’re being targeted and they’re a small operation. I think they’re an important news source. If you can, please subscribe or donate to help keep them doing what they do.
@ChangeGotToCome
I was looking at this posed shot and wondering why the wall looked weird. And then I realised it was a fucking backdrop. They took stands and a studio backdrop!
In post renaissance painting, this was called a “swagger” portrait. Says it all, really.
@gsrescueelite
I’ve submitted the forms. I have a dog from your Essex kennels who is now 9
He’s called Duke, I adopted him when he was five. He’s a bit of a noodle, but totally placid now and such a good boy. I hope Enzo finds a home!
@ZacGoldsmith
Zac! Everything you are is by accident of birth. I’m sure it wasn’t perfect, but your Dad was a billionaire. You have no fucking idea about how to tell people how they should feel or respond to this. You have an opinion, but it’s pretty fucking rarefied. Shut up
My baby girl 🥰 Carys is 30 tomorrow. She’s grown into an intelligent, compassionate, empathetic, talented and beautiful person. She’s also very tall and good at art 🙄😂🥰 Happy Birthday gorgeous girl xxxx
@carysboughton
Enjoy your celebrations. SYS 😊
Close to done on this one, I think. My latest skyscape, oil on canvas, 24”x68” taken from a series of images taken on Christmas morning just after dawn. What shall I call it?

Hardeep speaks the truth. The bulk of our MSM is high on power and privilege. Many of these senior journalists attended the same private schools as our senior politicians. They dine together, they party together, they cover each others’ backs. It’s unhealthy for the nation
“Too much of established British journalism remains an elite, closed club. Close to power and influencing it... That it continues to get away with its ability to distort our politics and society is one of the biggest scandals of our time”

My lovely mum. 85 today. We’ve had a lovely time, she’s had some friends around and we cooked for dinner… Butterflied loin of pork, with chilli, garlic, rosemary and Parma, with potato gratin, roast carrots, roast shallots… Happy Birthday mum xxx
@Roosilli1
This sounds like and will undoubtedly feel like a nightmare. The thing is, it’s okay not knowing how to cope, who would? Allow yourself to grieve, that’s because you loved your mum. Grief is love, it just happens when the person that you love is no longer there to hear it. ❤️🩹
In the current pandemic context, masks don’t take away your freedom - they *increase* your freedom. If everyone indoors is effectively masked, I can go to the office, shop, get on trains, go to cinema etc. If nobody’s masked, we’re all less safe hence lifestyles more restricted.

It’s just BIGGER lies, hiding BIG lies, hiding lies.

covered this 6 weeks ago. The BIGGER lies make us accept the smaller lies. Read this
Let's get one thing straight. The NHS didn't break itself. The Tories broke the NHS. They broke it through 13 years of neglect and under investment. They broke it because they don't use it, love, want it. And because - like everything else they broke - they simply didn't care.
Credit where credit is due, please

covered this story in March. Last year. Yes, that’s right, 18 months ago. They’ve been consistently ahead of the mainstream press on every lie and scandal of the Tories. Subscribe!

Oxbridge is massively flawed. I get that, truly, I do. My daughter went to Cambs and hated it. Most of the people I’ve met who went, who didn’t come from a massively privileged background hated it. This isn’t about A* is it?
It’s St Dwynwen’s day today. She is the Welsh patron saint of love.
It’s also the 100th anniversary of the Urdd eistedfod, which is a Welsh festival of, well, all things Welsh.
I’m not sure what to do…
Spread some love in Welsh, I suppose
Morning my pocket lovelies 🥰
I’ve achieved 55 rotations of Sol, today!
All the fives. High fives? 😂
Anyway, I’m looking forward to brunch with my gorgeous friend, some walking and most of the family showing up for supper 🥰
But first. Coffee and cwtches. Play nicely xx

It may be preaching to the choir, me tweeting this, but this is an excoriating attack on what the Tories are doing to the Beeb. It’s being destroyed from the inside

Just going for another mug? Anyone else like one?
Have a fabulous Sunday, go smile at yourself in the mirror, then share it xx
So. I have Covid because my anti-vaxx brother brought it into the house, had it for days and refused to take a test.
Can I punch him, hard, and repeatedly in the head?
Morning Tweeps. Doogle booped me at 6:30am. Coffee is on, if anyone fancies a cup. I’m cooking dinner for 10 people, so food prep will be commencing shortly. 54 today 😊
Hope you have a good day x
I rescued an elderly crow today. He was being picked on. I brought him home, made sure he was comfortable. He slept. He seemed to perk up and then he was gone. I love crows but this was distressing. I don’t know if I was doing the right thing. However, when he
My daughter asked if it was possible to replace the shelves of this shallow cupboard (used for storing spices and condiments), with pullout trays. So I made some trays and put them on drawer runners 👌

There is one already. It’s surviving and now has its own TV channel.

I think it’s more akin to losing 10 grand and needing an electron microscope to see the tiny little vestige of integrity that can’t be measured as any form of currency.
Sorry. Not sorry. Doing proud Dad. My daughter got a distinction for he MA in Authorial Illustration at Falmouth. All credit to her for her work. I love her to bits and I’m so pleased for her 🥰
Well. It’s been a memorable weekend. We’ll gloss over the food poisoning on Friday night which wrote off Saturday.
Had a nice lunch with an old friend today, interrupted by my sister calling me with news that my Mum was in A&E because a friend had accidentally run her over
Morning my pocket lovelies 🥰
Went for an early morning walk with my daughter to Ogmore. The wind dropped and it was just the right kind of refreshing.
I think today is a day for recharging. Hope you have a calm, restorative day too xx
@SkiptomyLoulou
I spent 8 years living with an abusive alcoholic. Like a fool I thought I could fix them, instead they almost destroyed me. I walked out almost five years ago, upending my entire life to escape. It’s taken this time to regain my sense of self worth
Getting there. It’s interesting photographing drawings as it gives a new perspective, as I can see the parts that need attention. I’ll get there 😊

1 in every 200 killed by austerity, minimum.
1 in every 315 killed by Covid, minimum.
Dozens of missing asylum-seeking children.
Corruption, cronyism, criminality.
This has long since ceased to be a government.
They are gangsters, killers, pirates, parasites.
Time to get French.
Morning my pocket lovelies 🥰
Absolutely glorious day here. I worked first and waited for it to warm up to a balmy 2°C
Going to get some sea air. And a coffee 🙄
Go well. Be kind. Xx
Morning my pocket lovelies 😊
Fancied some sea air for a change. It’s lovely and mild. Added bonus that some of best coffee I’ve ever tasted is available at a local shop
Hope you have a restful Sunday xx
I have a new girlfriend. She’s a false widow spider. I’ve removed her from my bed three times in the last 24 hours 😳😂
I mean. I’d like to get a leg over, but not eight!
M O R N I N G my pocket lovelies 😊
Lying onboard listening to the rain. I should get up and get a wiggle on 🙄
I have to find the coffee before I can make it 😂 WHO wants a brew?
Hope you have a splendid day xx
Morning my pocket lovelies 🥰
Happy New Year 😘
I haven’t been to see the crows for a few days, and even though it rained, I was still cheered to see them.
Here’s to finding simple pleasures and recognising them.
I hope you have a fabulous day xx
The layers and layers of this Jurassic coastline. The strata of limestone. It’s like a 100 layer pastry. So lucky to live near this. What a glorious day and a chance to catch up. It’s the small things 😍
