Sad day here in Brownsburg, as Officer Pickett is laid to rest. His wife is a school teacher in my grandkids school. Just got home from watching the funeral procession, 570 vehicles. The Blue put their lives on the line day and night. We live in a great country.

Mark, I work for a laundry in Indy that supplies linens to 50 hospitals in Indiana, around one million pounds per week. The last 2 weeks we have shipped less linen than any 2 weeks over the last 12 months. But just today we are getting calls from hospitals begging for iso gowns.

12 inches over night here in Indy, most we have had in 7 years. I had to be at work at 400 am so called grandson to see if he would snowblow driveway before 3am. Told him I would give him a Benny. Senior in HS. He asked what is a benny. SMH I said 100 bucks. He said ok. He did.

This is nuts. My son just built a $450k house and moved in 3 weeks ago, first house in this subdivision. He has already had 3 people (one real estate agent) call him to see if they could buy it as they don't want to wait 4 months for their house to be built. This is scarey.

The chinese could build a bypass road to the right of that in about 5 days at a cost of $1 mil. USA would spend 6 months and $5mil deciding what to do and who should do it. Then spend another $20mil actually getting it done in 12 more months to a family member of congress.

I donate blood-plasma and have done so for over 20 years. Just in the last 3 months I could get an appt within 1-2 days. Now appts are out 2-3 weeks. Yesterday there were 75 people in line. This location pays $70.00 for plasma. This to me shows peeps are starting to hurt $ wise.

There is no inflation: I like to feed birds, squirrels and racoons in front of my home office window in the winter as I watch my puts go to zero. Last year I went thru 8- 40lb bags of sunflower seeds at $16.50 per bag. This year those same bags are $36.00 per bag. Thanks Jerome.
