I agree but there’s no need to bash construction workers. It’s a hard graft and it was more Eastern European’s that pushed construction pay lower but as wages increased in Eastern Europe many returned (plus Brexit)

Before Uthman, there wasn't a written Quran, it was passed down purely by memorisation from one to the next generation
There were fragments, etc, of Quranic verses. Also, Uthman made it so that the dialect we have today is the main dialect to be used when reciting like Prophet
