Everyone told me NOT to go to Guatemala City, so...I DID! And I love it here ❤️
There is a large safety concern from travelers and although I agree, there are dangerous areas, there are also some amazing zones that are very safe.

If you are planning a trip to Panama City soon then there are a few things you should know!
- Don't buy SIM and data at the airport. There it costs around $60 while in the city you can get it for around $15.
- Metro and Uber are great ways to get around the city.
