This is somewhat akin to air resistance that compounds over time. Where: Compliance cost(t) = TPV(t)^3 + TPV(t-1)^2 The costs of fucks ups is higher as time goes on. The ability to do things like get tier 1 customers (or go public) is harder when this isn’t factored in early.
