I know, on good authority, that inland travel is now the cash cow for public servants. Like Parliament, since when did they start operating like OPM? What's the relevance of thos so called programs?
@rama_or Inland travel and Travel abroad budgets are always the first candidates for budget cuts because of the ambiguous language used.

Revise, i said. Simple English. Prioritise doctors and others. Scrap others
Inland travels are not just travels. It includes doctors travelling from Kampala to upcountry clinics for supervision. It includes engineers travelling to supervise road projects. The language is ambiguous, but you all would be in arms if Gov't didn't do all that.
