This has been the sad part for me. I used to believe most of Iowa was pretty decent. "Iowa Nice" and all. Now I know it's a front. Maybe "nice" to your face, but wants to ban gay marriage, thinks DEI is horrible, wants to take women's rights back to the 50s. Depressing.

It just keeps people from watching the games.
Iowa does not have an MLB franchise.
Yet, baseball fans in Iowa are not able to watch any Brewers, Cardinals, Cubs, Royals, Twins, or White Sox games due to blackout rules.

As a primary logo? No. As a fun throwback? Absolutely.
When I see this logo I see Dan McCarney stalking the sidelines. A guy who gave everything he had to ISU and got people caring about football again after over a decade of nothing to care about. The foundation of the culture.
I'm not here to fight my Cyclone brethren on something as silly as a logo. People have different tastes, nostalgia, likes, etc. We all have our favorite and least favorite logos...
But if you think this is WORSE than "ISTATE" written in block letters, I can't help you...
