No, Parliament is sovereign. The laws it passes can be changed or abolished by itself. As for identifiable law remember that the UK constitution is a mix of laws, convention, precendent and tradition, not just laws.
Read the judgement, it doesn't contain an ounce of politics

It’s not relevant to the current situation. Welsh Government’s position is based solely on the location of the border.
