@overlandertheb1 Is that just because when drinking burgundy you are mostly thinking about the cost?

@JohnsWalks1 I've visited them and was really impressed with, well everything. It is a new business but a huge asset to growers in Scotland. Highly recommended. (Reminds me I must put my order in for this year)

@ScotLandEstates @ADMGScotland @ScotCountryside @BASCScotland @LDNScotland @ScotGamekeepers @ScotRMG I missed this news. Hopefully they are changing it to mandate much bigger culls as the deer population in some areas is so high it should be criminal.

Hi @Google, I have a pixel 4a that I really liked but you have managed to destroy it. Now I'm thinking I'll never buy another Google product again. Please undo the update that has done so much damage.

@overlandertheb1 @jobbieweecha @fesshole Did a job where we had a whole pallet of the stuff, never thought to drink it or check the price, was too busy trying to work out if it was worth pocketing some of the potassium iodide (just incase).

@overlandertheb1 Just say you don't like any music. That can bring an interesting reaction. (It's a perfectly serious position for some people but many music people flat refuse to believe you and tell you you are wrong)

@_JamieMcIntyre And the impact on communities is about to jump an order of magnitude as most new wind developments are now applying for 200m turbines which means they will be lit at night and (here in the Monadliath) they are getting very close to houses as the remote sites are all taken.

@gow_derek To be fair it's not much different from all the pheasants and partridge released and even some places that release/breed deer for shooting.

@overlandertheb1 It would have to involve something other than a firearm as they are much too noisy for indoor use (yes, I can say that with a certain authority...)

@overlandertheb1 Oh no, it's fragmentation. Lead fragments into tiny particles on impact which, due to the velocity, are perfectly distributed through the meat. It just isn't possible to achieve the same even distribution of seasoning in the kitchen.

@JohnsWalks1 It doesn't work. I bought a really old map last year and my wife has never even glanced at it.

@HertsFarmer And it's depressing to see (some) farmers complaining about 'jobsworths imposing unnecessary rules' when attempts are made to improve things. Attitudes are what drives safety - we have a lot to improve and are way behind other dangerous industries.
