You'll lose! And I, for one, will be laughing my ass off when you do!
The courts told the Trump administration to stop their sloppy federal funding freeze but they didnโt and are still trying to stiff contractors and businesses โ which is against the law and a judgeโs order. Today we took further legal action to protect Colorado.

Audit it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Three Colorado cities/metros among top 10 nationally with biggest swings toward Dems fromโ20-โ24. Grand Junction swung more than any other city in country, plus Fort Collins/Loveland & Colorado Springs also up there. #copolitics

No matter how you try to weasel your way out of it, @GovofCO ... you deserve to be in prison for your crimes against the Republic!
Evidently, @GovofCO and some mayors like @MikeJohnstonCO are claiming CO, Denver, etc are not a sanctuary state, city, etc. That's false. #copolitics #coleg @TomHoman_ @TheJusticeDept As progressive democrats took full control of Colorado back in 2013, they began to turn Colorado into a sanctuary state, by design. Over the past 12 years, Colorado has systematically transformed into a sanctuary state, passing numerous laws that limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement and protect illegal aliens. Hereโs how it happened: 1) HB13-1258 (2013) โ Community & Law Enforcement Trust Act: Prevents state & local law enforcement from enforcing federal immigration laws. This is a "WTF" moment. 2) HB19-1124 (2019): Prohibits law enforcement from detaining individuals based solely on ICE requests, eliminating cooperation with federal immigration authorities. 3) SB21-131 (2021): Bars state & local agencies from sharing personal data, including immigration status, for federal enforcement purposes. 4) HB21-1194 (2021): Establishes a taxpayer-funded (illegal) Immigration Legal Defense Fund to provide free legal representation for undocumented immigrants facing deportation. 5) HB21-1054 (2021): Allows illegal aliens to obtain professional licenses, granting them access to various careers despite their illegal immigration status. 6) HB23-1100 (2023): Prohibits local governments from entering agreements to detain immigrants on behalf of ICE. At the municipal level: โ
Boulder (2017): Formally declared itself a sanctuary city, prohibiting city employees (including police) from enforcing federal immigration laws or inquiring about a person's immigration status. โ
Denver (2017): Denver adopted policies that align with sanctuary principles. Then-Mayor Michael Hancock issued an executive order reinforcing Denver as a "welcoming city," banning city agencies from collecting immigration status data & creating a legal defense fund for immigrants facing deportation. These statewide laws and local policies collectively sever Coloradoโs cooperation with federal immigration enforcement, ensuring that illegal aliens face fewer legal barriers and receive taxpayer-funded resources. Colorado has intentionally positioned itself as a sanctuary state, prioritizing protection for illegal immigrants over enforcing federal law. This is wrong and it must end.
