Last night was special for Bulldogs baseball. We had the honor of wearing the National Guard jerseys in last nights win over Merrillville. We are proud to support the National Guard and all military members! Thank you to all, past and present, who have served our country!
CP baseball opens up conference play with a win over Chesterton yesterday! Ryan Fender goes 5 innings striking out 10 and giving up one run. Gene Kolarik sparks the offense by hitting a grand slam! That moves the record to 3-0 on the season. CP plays at Chesterton today at 4:30.
The Bulldogs get the win in their sectional opener over the Vikings 2-1. Logan Cotton goes the distance, giving up 1 earned and 9 strikeouts. Jase Horton's bases clearing triple drove in the 2 runs for the Bulldogs. The Dogs take on Chesterton on Friday. 1st pitch at 5:00.

Offensive Spotlight: Blake Sabau hits the first home run of the season for the Bulldogs in today's victory. Sabau hit a 2 run shot in the bottom of the 5th to give a spark to the Bulldogs offense!
Bulldogs win game one in Lafayette! Bryce Schuster had a solid outing on the mound. Schuster struck out eight in 4+ innings of work. Chariton, Ehrlich, and Briseno lead the Bulldogs offense, accounting for seven runs in the game.

The Bulldogs move to 15-4 on the season after two wins over Portage this week. Up next is the Crown Point Invitational this Saturday. Game 1: CP vs. Mishawaka. 1st pitch @ 10:00 a.m.
Game 2: CP wins 10-0! Ryan Radanovich threw a no hitter over 5 innings and struck out six! Several Bulldogs were able to lead the charge for the offense. Luke Burford led all hitters with two hits in the game.
The CP vs. Lowell game has been changed. We are playing a double header @ home tonight! First game starts at 4:30. Tentative start time for game 2 is 7:00.
Unfortunately, the CP invitational had to be canceled due to weather and field conditions. CP baseball will be back in action on Tuesday vs. Portage for senior night!
There are 403 girls basketball teams in Indiana. Four of them are undefeated. Congrats to our players and the coaches for finishing the regular season unbeaten after tonight’s 66-59 victory over Bishop Noll. What an amazing accomplishment. Best of luck in next week’s sectional.
