i know exactly how much money i spend on everything
i spend about $10/day on room and $15/day on food and $10/day on some other stuff like gym etc..

Yeah it can be a REAL CHALLENGE honestly for people like us.
Especially when you are very active (I used to do 4 hours of high intense sport a day)
While having fast metabolism like I do (I was never fat no matter what I was eating)
While also refusing to eat trash like oil
But on a more serious note
HOW do you all manage to eat MORE than your daily calorie target
It’s a full-time job just eating the required amount to SUSTAIN my weight
Let alone go up in weight

I went outside today.
